Dear Bro James,
One of the TCNW operational changes I like to see is to implement a system that can effectively serve all sisters' and brothers' requests in a consolidated, streamlined, and trackable manner.
Just like in a corporation, treat our sisters and brothers as clients, and treat our operational staff as service providers. An effective tool can create a very productive service platform for the clients, the service providers, and the management team, and solve operational issues professionally with minimum staff.
