This is to have a discussion on the design of conference-room booking inside Drupal infrastructure.

Few resources are serving good refeneces.

• Booking rooms for events
• Resource Conflict module
• Event Bookings module
• MRBS module: interfacing to external MRBS. It probably won't integrate with Drupal Calendar itself.
• Workflow module

Here is the design concept and requirement.

1. Certain group of users can make request of room booking. Of course, users will receive rejection notice if the room at the requesting time-slot is preoccupied.
2. Another group of users will have the privilege to approve the room.
3. Only the original requester or the admin can cancel the room booking.
4. All the room information (and calendar?) will be limited to Tzu Chi members only.
