Under the guideline of Child Nutriotion Program, Food and Nutrition Servfices, US Department of Agriculture, Local Educational Agencies (County School Board, Charter School Administrators, etc) process application and each School maintains a roster of participants. There is no material proof of eligibility given to each student participant. Each Local Educational Agency may use different criteria to approve applications, such as Medi-Cal status, or income verification, etc. The details can be found in the following link:

Since patients are unable to present any material proof, Tzu Chi may need to call School administrator for verification of Eligibility before booking appointments.
