This is a Dental only outreach and event set-up begins at 7:30AM. Sign up by 2013/04/14. Registration may close sooner if the event fills before registration deadline.
- Background:
The 8th Annual Healthy Living Fair provides healthcare screening and information to a large population
of low income, multi-ethnic medically-underserved people. Services provided include screening for Obesity,
Hypertension, Diabetes, Cholesterol, Dental problems and Vision correction/problems. Tzu Chi will provide
dental service only on this event.
- Recruitment Target: 4 Dentists/DDS, 2 or more RDH, 5 or more RDA/DA, 2 Sterilization, 2 X-ray operator, 2 portable unit technicians, 1 dental van technician, and 10 general volunteers including 4 for registration, 2 for flow control, 2 for station circulating support and 2 for community booth. Total we need about 30 or more volunteers to make 7-10 dental stations.
